PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 7 business days for us to produce and package your order, unless the item is part of a preorder or product listing states otherwise. This does not include the transit time it takes to reach you once the completed order has left our facility.

LOCAL PICKUP

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with exact pickup location (College Station, TX) and pickup times. 

SHIPPING

FREE shipping on all orders over $99. Once your order has been packed to ship, you will receive an email with tracking number. After receipt of email, please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.

Front Porch Elegance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or transit delays once handed off to the package carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
