Returns & Cancellations Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your Front Porch Elegance purchase. While all sales are thoughtfully created and carefully packed, we understand that things happen and are happy to assist within the guidelines below.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after this window may not be possible if the order is already in production or processing.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

Because our items are typically made to order, we are only able to offer store credit on purchases.  To request a return for credit, please contact us at hello@frontporchelegance.com within 7 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

If your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, delivered via a digital code, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive damaged, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item prior to purchasing.

Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
